Delete your account

You can delete your Budg AI account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

1. Open the More tab.
2. Tap Advanced.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and the data stored against it (accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, planned payments, imported statements, chat and voice transcripts, profile photo) are removed from our live systems straight away. Copies held in backups are purged within 30 days.

If you cannot open the app

Email contact@mobistack.co from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm by reply, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your device's subscription settings, or the store will keep renewing it.
